Using Computer-aided engineering (CAE), we do comprehensive analysis for vehicle performance improvement. Our engineering teams have expertise on multibody analysis, static and dynamics analysis. Our engineers monitor lifetime performance from NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) to fatigue, durability and do comprehensive safety tests.
We do design from concept design to feasibility,detaildesign, FMEA, DMU(digitalmockup), aerodynamics analysis and CFD (computational fluid dynamics).
We do part design for BIW (Body in White), exterior and interior trim, and instrument panels. We simulate manufacturing processes using autoform and moldflow.
